Quality Beef for sale

We offer beef by the pound for retail cuts. Steaks, Ground Beef,  Brisket, Ribs, Chuck, Round etc. We will sell you any quantity. Most cuts are sold in as small as 1 LBS packages. It varies by cut. 

Imagine all the cuts that one steer provides, all the steaks and ground beef and everything. When you select a quarter beef you get all that a steer provides except you will only recieve 1/4 of what is harvested from a whole beef.  We dont charge by the pound however this order yields anywhere from 200-400 lbs of beef.

This is our largest order. Ever dreamed of having all the cuts from one steer in your freezer? This is it right here. All the ribs, ground beef, steaks and any beef cuts that you can harvest from one animal deposited straight into your freezer.  Orders range from 600-800 lbs of beef.

For the summer of 2025 we plan to market our beef at farmers markets across southern Colorado.  Our main one will be in old Colorado City in Colorado Springs on Saturdays.
